How to enter:
All entries must be submitted on the official entry form, back page of Brain Busters Volume ll Premium Edition.  This section published on August 28, 2016 as part of all home delivered copies of the Herald-Tribune.  Copies of Brain Busters Volume ll Premium Edition may be purchased at on the the the Herald-Tribune offices.

Entries will not be accepted that are not on the official entry form. Entrants should submit their original artwork (colored in page) no later than Friday, September 23,2016.

The design must be the artist's original creation and cannot be copied or duplicated, photographs electronic graphic images or manipulations are not accepted......
