Whether you are new to colored pencils or experienced with them, you will learn techniques to produce beautiful artwork without the mess of paint.  Working with special erasers and other simpler tools, you will be able to smooth and blend color and create convincing textures rapidly-without heavy pressure and repetitive strokes.  After a series of exercises to get familiar with handling these tools for specific effects, you will apply them to complete a drawing.
