What: The Figure in Color--A 6 week drawing course that will focus on dry materials such as pastel, charcoal and Conte' on a variety of papers. Student will draw from "live models situated in simple background environments to help students in the understanding of composition and to work on artwork that can later be framed."
Who: The class is taught by Larry Forgard, a native of Chicago, Illinois. He studied at the Art Institute of Chicago and the American Academy of Art. He later taught at Ringling College of Art and Design, here in Sarasota, Florida.
